Entry: I made four cards to swap on this theme. I titled them "Back to school" 1-4, each with a different subtitle. All of them are hand drawn and then painted in acrylics. Two of them have color pencil accents and one has ink pen writing. I shipped "ABCs & 123s" 3 of 4 & "Bus stop" 2 of 4 to [info]rainfae. I shipped "School house" 1 of 4 & "First day" 4 of 4 to [info]taharachey. I will post pics after I get them uploaded from the camera.

I received my march swaps from closetwhore_ today. *Happy dance* They look lovely. They are both done with layers of paper cut outs. They are so cute. They also look really good scanned.
The first is "April showers" [1 of 2]. The second is "May flowers" [2 of 2].

I received my cards form zvi_likes_tv yesterday actually. Note these scans do not do them any kind of justice, I will try and get photo's of them next time I go to Kinko's. Half of the colors do not show in the scans though. I do love the cool introduction of plastic bag type material as the grass in both these. There are actually four flowers in the cards not just one. The sun has two colors and much more depth. I noticed that the color that scanned sparkles too.

These are replacements for my February swap that never arrived. I really appreciate her sending her own cards instead. I just wish I had been able to send her the cards that the other person got.

Her cards are of her cat I am thinking and very cute.
They are both from the same series "Paw Prints" 1 & 3 of 4
The medium is photography and they are mounted on thin foam-core or really thick card-stock.
